Mike Shea, with over 25 years of experience in the field, is the Executive Chairman of the Impact Climate Technologies (ICT) Board, and leads the company's mergers, acquisitions, and business development initiatives. In his previous role, as the first CEO of ICT, he united industry leaders with a goal of delivering innovative, energy-efficient solutions for complex HVAC challenges. Committed to excellence, Shea emphasizes ICT’s role in creating positive impacts for suppliers, customers, and the environment. Previous to ICT, Shea led Tom Barrow Company, now an ICT affiliate company, as President, driving significant growth and operational excellence.

John Moon brings over 20 years of executive leadership experience to his role as CEO of ICT, with a proven track record of transforming organizations to meet evolving market needs. In his previous role as president of ICT, Moon played a pivotal role in advancing ICT's growth strategy, strengthening its operating companies, and driving innovation across the business.  Previous to ICT, Moon served as Senior Vice President of Customer and Business Solutions at Daikin Applied Americas, where he led a successful transition from a product-centric to a solutions-driven organization. His tenure at Daikin spanned nearly 16 years, where he held key leadership roles, including Vice President and GM of the East Division. Prior to Daikin, Moon held multiple leadership roles at Johnson Controls, earning a reputation for operational excellence, customer focused strategies, and delivering measurable growth. 

Lance Brown, the Chief Financial Officer at Impact Climate Technologies, is a seasoned financial executive with over 20 years of professional experience and a distinguished track record serving as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer for multiple publicly traded and private equity–backed companies. With deep expertise in corporate finance, strategic transformation, and operational scaling, Brown has built a reputation as a trusted leader who drives performance, strengthens financial discipline, and positions organizations for sustainable growth.  Over the course of his career, Brown has executed numerous complex mergers and acquisitions,  led successful integrations, and guided companies through pivotal inflection points.  He has also played a key leadership role in the successful sale of multiple businesses, delivering strong financial outcomes and meaningful value creation for shareholders.  Brown has raised significant capital through both debt and equity financing, partnering closely with boards, investors, lenders, and management teams to structure transactions that support long‑term value creation.  Known for a hands‑on, collaborative leadership style, Brown excels at building high‑performing finance organizations, modernizing financial systems and processes, and enabling data‑driven decision‑making across the enterprise.  Brown started his career in the assurance practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he developed a strong technical foundation in accounting, reporting, and controls.  Brown is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia and a Master of Accountancy degree from Auburn University.

Michele Pamboukis has extensive experience in human resources. She has proven leadership in mergers and acquisitions and a dedication to fostering employee engagement. Pamboukis brings over 20 years of experience as a strategic HR leader, having worked with both private equity-backed businesses and large, publicly traded corporations. Her expertise spans talent and people management, organizational transformation, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and leadership development.

Bob Toupin is a seasoned IT Executive and non-profit Board Director with a robust track record in delivering technology solutions and driving digital transformation. He has diverse expertise in Finance, Lean Six Sigma, IT, Supply Chain, and Business Operations.

Previous to his role as CIO, Bob was VP of IT at ICT. Bob has also held leadership roles at Tom Barrow Company, Tompkins Solutions, Jackson Healthcare, BlueLinx Corporation, Paperworks Industries, and WestRock Company. His achievements include implementing a WorkDay ERP system, driving record EBITDA growth, and leading major acquisitions. He also contributes to the non-profit sector as a board member of Atlanta Technology Professionals and Tech Alpharetta.

Mark Schnetzka brings more than 30 years of experience in commercial HVAC, energy services, and building solutions to his role at ICT. Most recently, he served as general manager of sales and operations at Daikin Applied Americas, where he helped drive consistent revenue growth and improved operating performance.

Prior to Daikin, Schnetzka held a series of senior leadership roles at Trane. His background includes building and scaling energy performance contracting businesses, leading owner-focused sales initiatives, and contributing to the development of sales and leadership programs deployed across North America.

Jim Benville brings more than two decades of engineering, sales, and executive leadership experience to ICT. Most recently, Benville served as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Climate Control Group. Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles at Greenheck Group, where he played a key role in driving significant commercial growth and establishing high-impact partnerships in the data center industry. Benville holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Portland State University and has completed executive education programs through Wharton and other institutions.
